Refund Policy

This policy covers both Candlelier products: Scent Throw Secrets and the Wax + Wick Calculator.

14 days, and you keep the file

Both products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Write to hazel@candlelier.net within 14 days and say so. You get a full refund to the card you paid with. There is no form, and you will not be asked to justify it.

You do not have to delete or return the PDF or the spreadsheet. It is yours either way.

How long a refund takes

The refund is issued through Stripe on the day your request arrives, in almost every case. Your bank then takes its own time, usually five to ten working days, before it shows on your statement.

If your download never arrived

Check your spam folder first. Then write to hazel@candlelier.net with the email address you used at checkout, and it is sent over. If a file is wrong or will not open, write in and it is fixed and sent again at no charge.

Your EU right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase and get your money back. We respect that right in full. Our own 14-day money-back guarantee gives you the same 14 days for any reason, so you are covered either way. To use it, email hazel@candlelier.net within 14 days of your purchase.

Your other rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under the consumer law of your own country. It does not replace them or reduce them.
