Terms of Service

Candlelier. Last updated 3 October 2026.

These terms cover both Candlelier products: Scent Throw Secrets (a $17 PDF guide) and the Wax + Wick Calculator (a $9 spreadsheet with a short quick start PDF). By buying either one, you agree to what is written here.

Who you are buying from

Candlelier is a brand of Romyro Marketing, a seller based in Romania. You can reach us any time at hazel@candlelier.net.

Payments are handled by Stripe.

What you are buying

Each product is a one-time digital purchase. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

• Scent Throw Secrets is a PDF guide you read on a phone, tablet or computer, or print.
• Wax + Wick Calculator is a spreadsheet (.xlsx) for Excel or Numbers, plus a short quick start PDF.

Prices are in US dollars. The price you see is what you pay at checkout.

Delivery

After your payment clears, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, and you can also download straight from the page you land on after paying. The link stays live, so if you lose the file you can open it again. If neither the email nor the download reaches you, write to hazel@candlelier.net and it is sent over.

Your licence to use it

What you buy is for your own personal use.

• You may read it, keep it, and print it for yourself.
• You may not resell it, share it, republish it, or hand it out to other people, in whole or in part.
• You may not copy the text, the spreadsheet formulas, or the layout into your own product.

The files stay the property of Candlelier. Your purchase buys you the personal use above, nothing more.

Safety and what the product is not

Candle making involves heat, open flame and fragrance oils. The guidance, numbers and wick suggestions in both products are starting points for you to test. None of them is a guaranteed result. You are responsible for working safely and for following the spec sheets and safety data sheets from your own suppliers. The full disclaimer is on the Disclaimer page, and it is part of these terms.

Refunds

Both products carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, by emailing hazel@candlelier.net. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is respected in full. The complete policy is on the Refund Policy page.

Limitation of liability

The products are sold as they are, for personal education and use. To the extent the law allows, Candlelier is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or cost that follows from how you use the guidance, the numbers, or the files, including any candle you make. Nothing here removes any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including your consumer rights.

Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.

Governing law

Romanian law applies. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence.
